Fly & Flirt Vacation Packages – Waiver of Liability & Assumption of Risk

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
By submitting payment and confirming your reservation for a Fly & Flirt vacation package (hereinafter referred to as “the Trip”), you (“the Participant”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Voluntary Participation

I acknowledge that my participation in the Trip, including but not limited to travel, excursions, nightlife events, transportation, dating-oriented activities, and any optional or add-on experiences, is entirely voluntary and undertaken at my own risk.

2. Assumption of Risk

I understand that international travel and participation in social, romantic, recreational, and physical activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Transportation delays or cancellations
Cultural misunderstandings or communication barriers
Physical injury during excursions or club activities
Emotional discomfort or rejection during romantic interactions
Exposure to alcohol and party environments
Food-related illness or allergic reactions
Acts of nature, political unrest, or unforeseen emergencies

I accept full responsibility for all such risks, both known and unknown, and assume full responsibility for any consequences arising from them.

3. Medical & Behavioral Responsibility

I affirm that I am in good physical and mental health and able to participate in the Trip. I understand that Fly & Flirt does not provide medical care and is not responsible for my medical needs. I agree to refrain from behavior that may endanger myself, other participants, or local residents.

I also acknowledge that the romantic or social outcomes of the trip (e.g., meeting or connecting with local individuals) are not guaranteed.

4. Alcohol & Adult Environments

I understand that many events during the Trip may include or be influenced by the consumption of alcohol and adult-themed environments (such as nightclubs or parties). I agree to consume alcohol responsibly and assume full liability for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from my choices or conduct while under the influence.

5. Release of Liability

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Trip, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Fly & Flirt (and its owners, officers, affiliates, employees, partners, agents, contractors, and vendors) from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action for injury, illness, death, loss, or damages arising from or related to my participation in the Trip.

This release applies even if the injury, loss, or damage is caused by the negligence (but not gross negligence or intentional misconduct) of Fly & Flirt or any third party affiliated with the Trip.

6. Responsibility for Personal Property

I understand that I am solely responsible for any loss or damage to my personal property during the Trip, including luggage, valuables, travel documents, or electronics.

7. Photography & Media

I grant Fly & Flirt permission to capture and use photographs or video of the Trip that may include my image or likeness for marketing, promotional, or informational purposes. I may opt out by submitting a written request before the trip begins.

8. Binding Agreement & Jurisdiction

This waiver shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario. This waiver shall be binding upon me, my heirs, legal representatives, successors, and assigns.

9. Acknowledgment

By checking the box during the booking process or providing an electronic signature, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Waiver of Liability and Assumption of Risk. I acknowledge that I am waiving certain legal rights, including the right to sue Fly & Flirt for certain types of claims.

Fly & Flirt, its staff, and partners are not liable for injury, loss, delay, damage, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our control.
