Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: July 1, 2025

By booking a Fly & Flirt vacation package, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your reservation.

1. Booking and Payment

Full payment is due upon booking.
Reservations and Fly & Flirt vacation packages can only be purchased through our secure online portal.
Reservations are only finalized once full payment is received. Email requests to hold spots will be declined.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

More than 30 days before departure: Partial refund available (minus a non-refundable deposit of 25%.)
30 days or less before departure: No refunds will be issued.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

3. Trip Inclusions

The package includes:

7-night resort accommodation
Airport pickup and drop-off
Welcome dinner and group events
Excursions as outlined in the brochure
Select meals and drinks (see brochure for details)
On-site coordination and support

Flights, travel insurance, personal expenses, and off-itinerary activities are not included unless explicitly stated.

4. Changes & Substitutions

We reserve the right to modify or substitute activities, accommodations, or schedule details due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, local regulations, or availability. We will always strive to provide a comparable experience of equal or greater value.

5. Health & Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
You are responsible for your own health, medications, and any costs arising from illness, injury, or delays. Fly & Flirt is not liable for medical or emergency costs.

6. Passports & Visas

You are responsible for ensuring your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates.
Most nationalities do not require a visa to enter the Philippines for stays under 30 days, but it is your responsibility to check and comply with visa requirements.

7. Conduct & Code of Ethics

Respectful behavior is expected at all times toward fellow guests, local staff, and women participating in social events.
Harassment, aggression, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal from the trip with no refund.

8. Assumption of Risk

By participating, you acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks including but not limited to transportation, activities, and interpersonal interactions.
You accept full responsibility for your personal safety and well-being during the trip.

9. Photo & Video Use

By attending, you consent to the use of photos or video taken during the trip for marketing or promotional purposes, unless you opt out in writing before the trip begins.

10. Liability Waiver

Fly & Flirt, its staff, and partners are not liable for injury, loss, delay, damage, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our control.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, CANADA. Any disputes shall be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in that location.
